How and When to Get Your Tickets

Evening Fireworks: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Seating Guide

A variety of seating options are available, from casual to premium. Tickets are sold both online and in person. Due to extremely high demand, many seats sell out immediately after release. We recommend early purchase.

  • *Children of school age (6+) require tickets. Young children may enter only when accompanied by a guardian. If a separate seat is needed, please purchase a ticket.

Purchase Limits

Each purchase is limited to one seat type. To buy multiple seat types, please make separate transactions. The maximum number of seats per type per transaction is as follows:

  • Platinum Pair Seat: 2
  • Deluxe Table Seat: 2
  • Table Seat: 2
  • Riverside Box Seat: 5
  • Leisure Sheet Seat: 2
  • Pair Seat (Bench): 5
  • Chair Seat: 15
  • Photographer Seats (A/B/C): 5 each

How to Buy
Tickets are available in person, on a first-come, cash-only basis, at Hikario Square (near the Omagari Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Notes
  • Seat locations cannot be chosen.
  • Parking at the Omagari Kosei Medical Center is not available. Please use nearby paid parking.

Ticket FAQ

Can I buy tickets from overseas?

We regret that ticket purchases are only possible in Japan at this time. Please purchase tickets after your arrival using one of the methods above.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded for personal reasons.

Can I change my seat type or number after purchase?

No. Changes to seat type or seat number are not permitted after purchase.

What happens if the event is postponed or canceled due to weather?

If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If canceled, refunds will be issued as announced on the official website. Refunds are not available for partial program changes or shortened events.

What if I lose or damage my ticket?

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please keep them safe and bring them on the day of the event.
