Each purchase is limited to one seat type. To buy multiple seat types, please make separate transactions. The maximum number of seats per type per transaction is as follows:

- Tickets are available in person, on a first-come, cash-only basis, at Hikario Square (near the Omagari Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

- Parking at the Omagari Kosei Medical Center is not available. Please use nearby paid parking.

Ticket FAQ
We regret that ticket purchases are only possible in Japan at this time. Please purchase tickets after your arrival using one of the methods above.
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded for personal reasons.
No. Changes to seat type or seat number are not permitted after purchase.
If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If canceled, refunds will be issued as announced on the official website. Refunds are not available for partial program changes or shortened events.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please keep them safe and bring them on the day of the event.
